Fund RaisersALL FUND RAISERS ARE MANDATORY Ads - Every section will be required to sell 2 during band camp. The section that turns in the most ads/money will get a pizza party on 8/29. This is for our field show programs. Sodas & Water - Every student is required to bring in a 12pk of sodas or case of water. Prizes will be given to those sections with 100% participation. - SEE FLYER We need these donations for the field show and the Vegas trip. 2. Car Wash - Each student/family is REQUIRED TO SELL 4 tickets. Those who don't turn in money by date of car wash will have the $20 added to their balance. 3. Cookie Dough - Every student is required to sell 3 tubs of cookie dough or pay the $40 buy out amount. 4. Scratchers - Cards will be handed out to students who request them. They are worth $80 and are meant to help offset the cost of the Vegas trip. In other words, you pay the $135 for the trip, get the card and keep the $80 you raise from it. So the cost of the trip is actually $55 per student for those who use the card. 5. Concerts - Winter and Spring Concerts - Students are required to sell/purchase tickets (min.) for each event. 6. Christmas Wrapping Booth @ Stonewood Mall - Sometime in the middle of December we will be wrapping gifts at the mall. Sign up sheets will be posted in the upstairs band room. SIGN UP! Net profit will be divided amongst each and every student and their hours worked. The more you WORK, the more you earn. This will help students pay their winter fees. You must WORK, slackers will be sent home. 7. Other events will require a snack or water donation, like Middle School Night, pool parties, Holiday parade, etc. Please help the band make this a successful season. THANK YOU. 8. Last one is the FIREWORKS stand. We will be located at Florence Ave and Studebaker Rd, parking lot next to small body shop that is next to World Decor. |
