Jazz Band

The Jazz Band at Britton Deerfield Middle School is open to any 6-8 grade students who wish to perform catchy jazz tunes. We practice at 7:00am on Tuesday mornings. You have to be DEDICATED to play in this group!! These students mean business.

The Jazz Band was started in the spring of 2009 when a few 8th graders requested to put one together. They have performed at the concerts and Awards Banquets and the crowd  loves their diverse music!

Students who wish to continue their studies in Jazz  after middle school can take Jazz Band as a course at Britton Deerfield High School.
