Beginning Band

Fletcher Middle School Bands

FMS Begining Band-

This ensemble is offered to 6th grade students with passing scores on the FCAT in reading and math. Students in the FMS Begining Band will have the opportunity to learn to play one of the following instruments: Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Trumpet, French Horn, Euphonium, Tuba, or Percussion.

Students in this ensemble will perform during a concert at least 4 times per school year. Students will also be able to participate in a Spring Band Trip at the end of the year.
