 The funds earned at this car wash will be used for a community donation sometime in December. Students- Participation satisfies your community service requirement.        

  Yard Sale

 Saturday,  July 26th

 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

 At Automated Dairy

 Ben Bingham is providing advertisement and assistance in getting donations as part of his senior project. 

 Greg Spears has enclosed trailer to store and transport items to sale. Trailer can be parked in driveway next to Gina’s house. Please call 308-1451 or 324-5859 to arrange drop offs.

We can sort and price items at trailer. Need volunteers to help with sorting and pricing. Suggest that we start Wednesday night and depending upon donations and progress of price and sort continue each evening until done. Can sort and price items there.

Students remember ½ of the funds earned will go into Boosters General Fund. The other ½ will be applied to student accounts the same way that funds from car washes are applied. This is your last opportunity to earn money for your account before registration for school.

Suggestions for future fundraisers

Need schedule of home football games 

Sign up for fry booth (Gina, Greg, and Mike Fernandez) this needs done ASAP

We will need 2 Music Boosters to attend Booster meeting for approval to have fry booth on those home games.

Uniforms

Need volunteers to measure, mark and sew bibs. Establish guide for length so that all are measuring the same.
