Armed Forces Day Parade .......................................................................... May 15, 2010 ............................................................................................ This year we are in Division 2. Meet at Madrona Band Room at 11:20 AM. We will walk to the corner of Torrance Blvd. and Arlington Ave. (our check-in position in the parade at 11:45. The parade begins at 1:30 and we should arrive back at the school for refreshments by 3:20. Please pick up your band member by 3:50. Any parents willing to help, please call the band room. If you can't arrive at the band room by 11:20, please try to rendezvous with the band before 1:15. We will leave the school at 11:45 and walk down El Dorado to Crenshaw, turn left on Crenshaw to Torrance Blvd. and turn right on Torrance Blvd. to the check in area for our division at Arlington Ave.. They will assign us a waiting area somewhere along Torrance Blvd. . Please make sure that the bandmember has their instrument and is wearing their band shirt with blue jeans.
