THINGS TO KNOW AND DO:
Uniforms must be as perfect as possible on 10/09/09. Adjusted pant / sleeve lengths. SPOTLESS shoes. Black socks.

No flip folders will be allowed on the performance field, beginning 10/03/09.

Your uniform needs to be ironed after Friday night’s football game. Spot clean your uniform with a damp cloth if needed. DO NOT put your uniform in a washing machine!

DO NOT DO ANYTHING ON FRIDAY NIGHT that would hurt yourself or hurt the band’s performance on Saturday afternoon. BE SMART and make good choices.

You will have a small amount of time to visit the restrooms once we arrive at Tupelo. You will not visit the concession stands until after our performance.

Bring $$$ for lunch at the stadium.

Buses will be quiet on the way to Tupelo and silent when we arrive on their campus. We need to have a “take care of business” attitude. We’ll “celebrate” after we take care of business.

Students will not leave the Tupelo HS campus unless they are signed out by their parent / legal guardian.

All spectators and participants at this contest are not allowed to bring food or drinks into the stadium.

All students will remain in the stands from ...

Students are not allowed in the bus area from ... until the end of the awards presentation unless they have written permission from MR. MOORE.

REMEMBER…our goal for this festival is to put our best effort on the field!
